Paul General Manager

Paul heads up the business unit, and is responsible for the overall management of the company. Pauls experience extends from various roles in sales management for large domestic and international publishing firms, as well as global digital marketing companies. Within these roles Paul has enjoyed the rewards that achieving at the highest levels brings. Through this he has implemented many successful business and marketing strategies that have assisted in the growth of companies he has consulted to. Paul has been the driving force behind the growth and diversification of [g]commerce into SaaS systems and digital marketing, which has allowed [g]commerce to become a full solution professional firm.

Thomas Development Manager

Every business has an engine room (metaphorically speaking of course!) where all the 'grunt work' takes place. Someone needs to deliver on the promises made by the business development consultants, and this requires an individual with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on time. For [g]commerce, Thomas is the technical professional who manages this area of the business. Thomas has a team of experts in various fields of programming and technical delivery that allows [g]commerce to provide the solutions it does. Thomas has yet to be faced with a development request that he couldn't deliver on, and thrives on the challenges presented by our clients.

Charles Senior Designer

Our point of difference in a lot that we do is our creative design approach. A large portion of our client base is presenting their products and services to a consumer market, and the creative output required to convert online users into customers is a defined and measured approach. Charles takes the creative lead for [g]commerce in all aspects, and applies his design expertise to suit not only the look and feel our client desires, but also the specific market segment that client is looking to attract. Charles' years of experience does not limit him to web design, he is an accomplished professional in the printed media stream also - allowing [g]commerce the diversity it requires to call itself a full service firm. Murray Senior Developer

Assisting Thomas with the various technical tasks and delegations, Murray is the Software Engineering Specialist within the core group. His experience is vast in the areas of Web Applications, Desktop Applications, Databases and Custom Software Solutions. Caroline Project Coordinator

Caroline is responsible for all activities after the details of the project are agreed upon. She has twelve years of experience in the digital arena, where she has previously held the roles of project manager, content producer, production manager, web developer, intranet manager and senior web analyst. Prior to [g]commerce, Caroline has worked for a number of top-tier institutions, including Commonwealth Bank, and ASB Bank in Auckland. So when it comes to project management, it is fair to say Caroline knows how run a tight ship. As she will handle the end-to-end running of projects she stays in regular contact with our clients to ensure they are kept up to date with project progression, keeping our production team on track and hitting agreed milestones.
